Frank M. Whiting of Attleboro, MA., Sterling Pierced Pedestal Foot 9" Sandwich Tray circa 1920. Has an embellished floral border and a floral basket design in the center. Between the border and the center is a 2" pierced design. On the back is the Frank M. Whiting mark, sterling, and pattern number A639. Also, there is a design around the pedestal base.
