Antique Hand Painted D.F. Haynes Co. of Baltimore Flow Blue White Gold PitcherStunning isn't it? This pitcher is exquisite very elegant unique and rare. This is a one of a kind real treasure. This fine "bulbous-formed" squatty pitcher is decorated in a strong Rococo influence.The pitcher is in bright flow blue white and gold pattern with intricate eye catching poppy designs on the body. There is also gold sponging on the fluted rim and spout as well as painted near the neck. The handle... is enhanced with lines and dots of gold trim. The scalloped base painted with a raised gold accent design and gold trim.The "Haynes Balto" maker's mark is clearly stamped on the bottom of this lovely hand-painted pitcher. Flow blue was trendy during the 1880s and Haynes obliged with a stylish pitcher that featured a poppy motif.Truly a nice addition to your Haynes/Baltimore pottery collection!This treasure is approx.: 8” Tall x 9-1/8” from the handle to the edge of the spout.
