WWII Vintage Antique PERSONS Bicycle tool bag, that was mounted below the rear of the seat.  This tool bag was produced for the G519 Military bicycle produced by Columbia and Huffman.  Persons was the only company that made the tool bags for these bicycles USA Made  Heavy, thick leather, boot buckle clasps, Army color tin ends.  REALLY great condition for it's age.  Marked Persons Worcester Mass USA.  7-1/4" x 3-3/4" high.  Gotta be rare, especially i...n this condition, even the buckles that go around the seat are there and in good condition. Hard to find another one in this nice shape. Belonged to Carl Carroll, it is embossed with his name.  He was from Hillsborough Co., Florida, he was born in 1918 was enlisted Aug 2, 1941 in Blanding Florida into the regular Army.  His number was 14044717.  (information from 3fold)
