Here's a wonderful Heywood Wakefield Encore dresser with mirror from the 1950s. It has the champagne finish and the number 524 along with a patent number on the back. It stands approximately 33" tall and is 54" long with a depth of 20". It has 8 drawers and 4 feet approximately 3" tall so the dresser is off the floor. It has the original mirror and I have the slats for mounting it as well. I've used this dresser for the last 25 years or so and have always mounted the mirror to the... wall above the bureau as I like that look better. I believe it's made of solid birch but it could be maple as well as HW used both woods extensively. One side has some significant scratching and minor scuffing but still totally there and functional. Refinished it would obviously look fantastic as HW made some beautiful furniture in its heyday and this piece is no exception. I will mark it as local pickup only but will be more than happy to facilitate shipping at the buyers expense. Make it pretty again and I can guarantee you it will last you a lifetime!
