See a video of this toy working at https://youtu.be/rQT15QV-bmE. Thisis an original vintage battery operated "Remote Control Perky Pup" toymade by ALPS / Rock Valley Toys in Japan in the 1960s. This8" toy is in terrific condition and has seen very little use. The toyis super clean and looks like new (see pictures for condition). Theremote control is in perfect working condition, press one button andthe dog jumps forward or press the other and the dog barks. Very cute.The plush is nice and supple, not dried or falling off. Theremote control tin battery box is in great shape as well with verylittle wear to speak of.
The original box is in very good shape with some creasing, frayingalong the edges, and a rip along one of the sides near a corner (seetop right picture in the second to last photograph). The box is isstill strong, sturdy and colorful ~ the illustrations on the box arevery nice.
