This is for a nice antique sterling silver bookmark form 1895. It is made with a little cherub holding a banner that reads 'Happy New Year', its double sided so you see the same from both sides. It carries a full set of English sterling silver hallmarks that date it to Birmingham 1895 and it is also marked 'Sterling' so it may have been made for the American market, i cant actually remember seeing this design before. It is in absolute excellent condition....just as you w...ant it and it measures 95mm long.
