Approx. Dimensions or Size: Chair measures 31 ½ inches tall, 33 ¼ inches at widest point, 35 ½ inches largest dimension front to back, seat sits approx. 16 above floor, ottoman measures 26 x 21 inches and 16 inches from floor
Condition: Leather displays some wear, some crackling and some holes, arms have some wear, wood portions display scratches and surface wear and is dirty, two feet are not attached and another foot is missing, button missing, button finish is worn, ottoman has a series of small holes, metal portions have mild oxidations are
