This sale is for a beautiful black lacquer musical jewelry box. The lid is a metal with embossed copper and gold toned floral designs. The color is not faded out as the pics show, but in fact it is a rich deep black.
The inside has a mirror and is lined with a red velvet material.
No damage to this pre-owned box. It is in great condition and the music box plays clearly and lively. The tune is "A Maiden's Prayer".
There is a paper label on the bott...om that reads "8321/B A Maiden's prayer. On that label is a gold and black foil sticker with the Westland Co address and it says Made in Japan. The box measures approx 8 1/4" long x approx 3 3/4" wide x approx 2 3/4" tall.
