For Sale is a very nice Heuer Chronograph from the late 1930's or early 1940's.
Currently running this watch has an extremely nicely preserved gilt black dial, beautifully lumed hands/numerals and a crisp steel case. All components on the watch are completely original and in very good vintage condition. However, this watch should be considered a project. As you can tell by the pictures it is not complete in its original form. The watch is missing components. It appears that at... some point in this watches lifetime it was transitioned from a chronograph to a time only watch. Now, it currently winds, sets and runs but operates solely as a time only watch. Please be advised.
Furthermore, the Valjoux 69 variant of these early Heuers are extemely uncommon. I have found only one Valjoux 69 Heuer currently for sale online at German retailer "shucktheoyster." The watch they have listed is both complete and in excellent condition. It is also priced at 6900 euros. The watch will be delivered in a padded case. Good Luck.
