Here is a really cool uniform from my collection for an NCO in the dreaded East German Stasi guard regiment, Felix Dzierzynski. This jacket definitely saw use as opposed to all the unissued East German uniforms you encounter. It appears this one was worn during the summer months as there is heavy soiling from sweat around the neck and armpit area. Please refer to the pictures. The collar tabs are machine sewn onto the collar. The lower left sleev...e also has a Felix Dzierzynski cuff title machine sewn on and through the sleeve seam as applied at the factory. The stitching does not go though the lining. The inside lining stamps are no longer visible. Just a really neat uniform for an elite Stasi guard regiment that was worn and definitely saw service.
