I've had many Norma multi-color pencils over the years but this is the first Super Norma that has found me. Measuring 5 3/8" long it is heavy sterling silver. Originally owned by Dr. Vekter, I believe it was made in Germany. This four color pencil has a couple of black spots on the cartouche and a few small dents and scratches. When I first got it three of the four colors locked into place. When I was finished testing it, none of the colors locked into pla...ce so I have jammed something up. With a great Art Deco look, this Super Norma pencil is being offered as-shown. No sales to Russia, North Korea or Missouri.
