I have had this sign and another one for a while now and finally got to show them to my friend who is a John Deere guy and told him I thought they were heavy for a tin sign and he said that's because they are metal and porcelain. I personally don't know anything about signs so please see the pictures for the quality and the item you will receive. It does still have plastic around it the sign is not damaged just the packaging not sure if the plastic is original or not.
