Really nice original Goodyear Tires store electric advertising clock made by General Electric in the 1940s. Clock is GE model 2H08 with a metal case and glass front. Original paint on the case has some scattered chips but not bad at all. Glass front is nice and clear. Clock face has some very light soiling but still very nice. Original back is stamped with GE model #. It is self-starting and starts as soon as you plug it in. It runs quiet...ly. The time adjustment stem works fine. The electric cord is only about 12 inches long, probably used in a retail store with a wall outlet higher up. The quiet running Telechron motor is working well. Size of the clock is 7" x 7".
