This is a gorgeous vintage mid century modern hat/coat rack. It is brass and has six hooks, each with a white ball at the end of them. This looks like it came right out of the mid century era! A great piece. This rack attaches to the wall. The item is in very good vintage condition with some minor wear possible due to the vintage age of the item.
