Old Air Force lightweight flight jacket. Not sure when it was manufactured: sometime around Korean War to Vietnam War. It has seen... plenty of wear, and so has the scars to prove it in the form of wear, rubs, stains, little holes, pulls. Zippers and snaps work. Has Air Force emblem at top of left sleeve. Close up picture of tag should give you more information than I can on my own. Reads:

The pull on the front of the jacket reads "TALON." The one on the sleeve pocket reads "CROWN." I was able to add a picture of the front pull, but no more room available for the sleeve pocket pull.
