Vintage Native American Medicine Bag Pouch Beaded

I’m not an expert on this, but I believe the leather of this bag is hand-tanned. Please see the photos and ask any questions.
The beading on both sides of the body of the bag appears to be perfect, no missing beads. Same with the beaded rim of the pouch top.
The handle appears to be made of rolled up woven cloth, beaded in a spiral pattern around the roll. There are a few small areas where one or two beads may have broken, not sure. There are missing beads on the decorati...ve edging around the sides and bottom. Native American Medicine Bag Pouch Beaded. Condition is "Used".
