Thank you.From my personal reel collection is an antique and veryrare exceptional find. It is a model TOURNAMENT bait cast reel manufacturedby Wm. H Talbot, considered one of the finest American early reel makers, forthe Schmelzer Arms Co., Kansas City, MO, circa early 1900’s, approximately 1915.Thisreel is in VERY GOOD condition (t...here issome tarnishing and very minor dings) particularly in view of its age, which isover 100 years old. IT CRANKS AS SMOOTH AS SILK!Thereel features nickel plated brass frame, “clicker, ” anti-backlash adjustment, quadruplemultiplying, and a composite (could be bone) handle knob, which turns freely.The reel is partially spooled with vintage black nylon bait cast line.Thegear ratio is 3.7:1 and a rated line capacity of 60 Yds. The reel measures approximately2” in diameter, 2 ¼” across the side plates, and weighs 7.4 oz.A free cardboardstorage box is included along with a black drawstring cloth reel storage bag..
