I cannot verify the origin of these mugs.I have seen this variation only a few times.
I cannot specifically identify it directly to Tiki Bob of San Francisco, Bali Ha'i of New Orleans.
They are stamped: "Nor Car Crafts" on the bottom. I cannot find this logo or manufacturer anywhere.
The blank side at one time had writing but it was a family name. There may be faint hints of writing on that side.
Wer...e these a tribute? Original?
