Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Unit has been tested and is fully functional (VCR, DVD, DVD-Burner, Built-in ATSC Digital Tuner, Remote, etc.). Easily convert VHS cassettes to DVD movies with the push of a simgle button using the automatic copy feature. Or put video camera recordings onto DVD with front panel inputs (AV/DVI/S-Video). Can even copy DVD to VHS if no copyright protection ap...plied (i.e. home movies). No need to buy an analog-to-digital converter as this unit has a built-in ATSC digital tuner. Unit comes with player, remote control, AV cables, and coaxial cable. Note that TV input must be set to AV, component, or S-Video to view VHS/DVD playback.
