Pair Altec Lansing 603B - 415 15 " Biflex Drivers

1951-1952 15" Altec Lansing 603B speakers are absolutely amazing. I have had them for about 30 years. I knew they were pretty cool with the biflex cones and titanium dust caps. But the other day I hooked them up for the first time and was amazed. The response is remarkable. The high frequency is better than many with tweeters in a system. Yea, they look worn and appear to have been through the war (see pictures) but they play perfectly and sound amazing. One of them had a tear in the c...one but not at a critical point and has been repaired that you can see is point5ed out in the pictures. I can hardly believe I waited this long to play them. But I have to downsize in preparation of retirement. The magnet gap on these must be very tight because if you move the cone by hand and don't do it just right, the voice coils rub. But like I said, they play perfect and sound amazing. Who every ends up with these are going to be very happy. Feel free to ask questions.
