Great piece of equipment from an estate in Spartanburg, SC. Appears it hasn't been used in a while. We ran air pressure to it, and tried to operate it. It is making a hammering action, but doesn't appear to be moving as fast as it should. The air pressure won't build up over 15 pounds. Hopefully, this would require only a minimal repair, possibly new seals. However, I'm not able to diagnose what is causing the problem.
