Book – Currahee/Scrapbook 506th Parachute InfantryRegiment/20 July 1942 – 4 July 1945. This book contains 136 pages filled with photosand text. This book is in good condition with some wear with the cover bowedfrom improper storage and some yellowing to the edges of the pages. There is norips, writing or damage to the pages.This book belonged to Sgt. Zymunt Chmielewski/Company A/506thParachute Infantry Regiment. Sgt Chmielewski saw combat with the 506thPIR and was shipped home with... the 505th PIR. His uniform shirt withinsignia is featured in the book…..Heroes in Our Midst/Volume 3/Page 382.This group includes the following:- Copy of his discharge-  Five original b/w photos showinghis parachute jumps and him in       uniform in Europe.
