RARE - Universal Audio 2-1176 Dual/Stereo 1176LN Compressor/Limiter. Condition is Used, but it has lived in a studio rack and is in very good condition. A great unit that combines the power of two UA 1176 units in one 2U high rack mount allowing changing between stereo or dual-mono operation with one switch. Cannot locate manual (available digitally at no cost), but item will ship in original box. Only known issue is the "on" light needs replacement, but the meter lights and all other ...functions currently work as intended. The "on"/pilot light is aesthetic only and does not otherwise change the function of the unit. Plus, you can get a new one for a few bucks if it bugs you (it's a #1819 automotive bulb, FYI).
I'm downsizing a bit but I'll miss this unit, as it sounds great and is very versatile. You have to promise to love it like a new puppy with big eyes. A cute one. Not a chihuahua or something but more a labrador or boxer. As I said, a cute one!
Please note: This is **not** the UA 6176, which is a single channel processor that looks somewhat similar. This unit offers dual-mono/stereo compression and limiting.
PLEASE NOTE: This unit has one small known issue, as mentioned--the "on" indicating light needs a drop-in replacement--but is otherwise guaranteed not to be DOA. Past that, I make no other warranties and offer no refunds on used electronics. Make sure you know what you're buying. I will be unable to ship until 7/18 or 7/19, so please keep that in mind if you choose the buy-it-now option.
