This auction is for a BENJAMIN MODEL 300 VINTAGE AIR RIFLE. It is part of an estate we are handling. This gun was manufactured only for 10 years, from 1920 to 1930. The gun is in fine condition for its age. IT DOES NOT HOLD AIR WHEN PUMPED. It will need to be resealed. It does operate, it will fire when cocked and the trigger is pulled. The pump rod does go in and out, but won't 'pump up'. The only thing missing is the little flag type sa...fety that mounts on the right side of the chamber. My local gun guy says it can be replaced, and are sold on e-bay. He says they are all the same for most original Benjamin's. The wood stock is in good condition with no missing or cracked wood, but does have a few small scratches from age. The chamber looks like it has been re-soldered, or at least some solder was put on it, and some solder is visible on side of tube. I was told these are somewhat hard to find, especially in not abused or 'dented' condition. I can get this in a long rectangular box, and send anywhere i n the US (NO OVERSEAS SALES!!!!) for 15.00, and send anywhere in the US, BUT BEST OF ALL, NO RESERVE!!! This listing complies with eBay’s air gun guidelines found here and I will only sell and ship air guns to buyers in jurisdictions where permitted by applicable laws http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/firearms-weapons-knives.html{e72242-952593x}
