Rare vintage antique KO. YOSHIYA Flying Saucer UFO Tin Toy with space pilot. From 1956. Made in Japan and imported By Cragstan. It is battery operated by 2 D batteries. Unfortunately it DOESN’T WORK- it lights up but that is all. Maybe someone can get it to work. The battery compartment is super clean. The antique red painted top is in wonderful condition. No dents, clean, no rust and no heavy scratches anywhere. The dome is clear with slight rub wear here and there. When you move th...e toy, the pilot’s arms move back and forth, and the pilot is made of tin also. Has plastic caps on antennas. Measures about 8” across and 5” to top of dome. The original box is in very bad condition, see pics.
