Today we are delighted to offer for sale a fabulous antique French porcelain and bronze table lamp! This exquisite antique piece is beautifully crafted and detailed. The lamp is done in the elegant neoclassical Louis XVI style. It features a solid and beautifully-cast neoclassical bronze ormolu base (stamped PEG - perhaps P. E. Guerin?). The base supports a lovely antique Asian/Chinese gray baluster-shaped porcelain vase which is topped with a brass cap. The lamp's fittings are high quality solid brass with double cluster candelabra sockets. A whimsical bronze dragon finial completes the lamp. A nice-quality cream linen oval shade is included with the sale. The lamp is newly-wired with gold silk rayon wrapped cord. In perfect working condition. Lamp presents beautifully and is in excellent antique condition, with minimal display wear and patina commensurate with age. Ormolu base has minor tarnish and patina. Lamp is newly-wired and in perfect working condition. Add elegant French style to any interior with this fine decorator lamp...Fresh to the market!
