A9M(Iapologize I couldn’t get a good enough photo of the top line. ...Itsunder the wig and I didn’t want to accidentally ruin her hair ifits glued on there.)
Measuresabout 66cm (26inches) long. Shehas abisque porcelain head anda jointed wood composite body. 4teeth. Her hair is dark brown (The hair in the photos looks black, but photo #2 is more accurate colour). Eyes are brown and Ithink they might be glass eyes?Shehas top eyelashes but they look very aged. Hands are good, she has all her fingers intact and her nails are painted red. Limbsare allstillattached and joints still move. Thehead is in very good condition. Hereyes still work too – they “sleep” when she lays down.
Someareas of damage/blemish (aside from general antique item wear) are: Feet- (Photo #9) Very noticeablesigns of cracking and damage. You can see the wood at the edges.
LeftHip - (Photo # 10 & 12) it looks like thesurfaceisdamaged white.
Necklinewhere head meets body – (Photo # 3 & 11)Paint is chipped away on the compositebody. Probably from moving the doll’s head many times.
Left forearm - (Photo # 4) Has a black mark.
Thebody needs to be cleaned? - It doesn't show up very well in the photos, but the body has yellow-ish spots and the usual old grunge you see on antiques. I’m not sure if its yellowed varnish, because itsold, or spilled tea, or what. Iwas going to clean it off but I didn’t want to ruin the paint ifI use the wrong cleaning product. I’ll leave it to the experts. The pink dress also needs to be washed.
Notsure if her nails are supposed to be painted red? - Grandma might've painted them or it came like this. I have no idea. Looks nice though.
Includes 2 dresses that my grandmother made. A pink dress, and a blue lacy dress.Pleasegive thisdoll a nice home. My grandma (blessher soul)would be overjoyed to know her doll has a new life!
