-- antique Brunhoff brand mechanical countertop Cigar Cutter -- has advertising cast into the top for 'Consonia' brand Havana Cigars from Silverthau & Co. of New York -- this seems to have been short-lived brand sold in Western States: I found a few records from Tobacco publications dated 1901 to 1903 but nothing that has survived the years- a few labels exist of two other Silverthau brands: 'Louis James' and 'Andrew Mack' --
