Antique Yankee 1005 Bench Mount Drill Made By North Bros. Philadelphia Woodwork

Here’s a nice antique clamp mount bench drill made by North Bros. Mfg. in Philadelphia, Pa. it’s the Yankee No. 1005. Overall it’s in really good shape and has a lot of the original japanning on it. Little to no rust on the drill. The gears spin freely with no cracked or chipped teeth. No cracks or breaks anywhere on the drill that I’ve seen. The table height is adjustable. It’s got three speeds that are changed on the spindle. The wooden handle is original and in great shape....
The only issue with the drill as far as I can tell is the small gear at the top that actuates the spindle. It’s worn and causes the drill to “slip” sometimes during operation. If this were to be purchased for use, that would need to be addressed. The last picture is the part I’m referring to. If you have any questions please message me.
