Zeiss Opton Sonnar T 50 F1. 5 - CLA Serviced Adapted To Sony NEX Or Mirrorless
Item History & Price
The lens has been cleaned as best as I could. There is some dust in between the lens groups (does not effect images). Blades are clean and shiny. Aperture has been re-greased. Outside shows usage.A few air bubbles are in the glass. See photos. This was common in lens production in the 1950's and does not effect photos.
See photos for full condition of lens.
Lens is natively a Contax RF, Nikon RF, Kiev RF mountThis lens is from a camera that has built-in focus. These lens...es do not focus natively. This lens does come with an adapter that will focus the lens.
This has been adapted to Sony NEX/E-mount but can easily be adapted to other mirrorless. To use with other mirrorless cameras, you will need a M39/L39 adapter for your camera. These can be easily purchased anywhere.
This is a quality all metal adapter made from a rangefinder camera. Not a cheap plastic adapter.
Lens comes with a B+W UV filter, RF to LTM adapter, LTM to Sony E-Mount adapter, front and back caps.***If you would prefer this to mount to M-Mount instead of Sony E-Mount, I can switch out the Sony mount for a LTM to M-Mount 28/90 adapter. This will not have rangefinder coupling or 50mm frame lines on a Leica, but it work fine on digital. Just let me know and I will switch those 2 parts.
Lens filter threads are a tad out of round. Filters will screw on and off. It takes me 10 seconds, but it's tricky till for figure it out. It's best to leave the B+W filter on. To screw filters on, spin in reverse slowly with slight down pressure. The filter will drop into the threads, then you can tighten as normal.
This will be shipped USPS Priority. Let me know before you pay if you need UPS or Fedex and I will get you a price.
The optics on this lens are not perfect, but average for a vintage lens of this type. This lens should produce nice images with good color. NO bidders with ZERO feedback ! VERIFIED PayPal members with CONFIRMED address only ! NO partial refunds !
