Phone base and handset are new in box. Missing the handset cord and phone line. Seems to have all paperwork but please check pictures to see exactly whats included. I didn't take the base out of the packaging to look for a date and don't see one anywhere else. Box is still nice also but does have some minimal shelf wear.I package securely, if you want extra packaging please ask before payment is made so I can add extra shipping if necessary.
