Description: Of all the rare and beautiful plants in our greenhouse, rhodospatha sp. "Santiago" is one of the most eye catching. It's brilliant purple flecking can be tough to capture with the camera, but is truly striking in person. Picture 2 shows the plant in a little bit of natural light in an attempt to show the flecking off better.

Please be aware that some slight damage (a few broken leaves, some wilting, dropped blooms, some soil out of pot) is possible during shipping, and we will not refund orders under these circumstances. Please check with us if you are unsure if your plant would qualify for the DOA guarantee.
Repotting or depotting the plant will void the 14 day "stay alive" guarantee.
SHIPPING
We combine shipping for multiple plants and auctions. There is no handling charge per item, but the increased weight may increase your shipping charges (usually by a very small amount). Please note that with multiple plant purchases, the rate that eBay quotes you will often become exaggerated. Please use the "Request Total From Seller" option if you are purchasing multiple plants and we will provide you with a corrected invoice.
We normally ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend shipping delays, though we may make exceptions upon request.
Heat packs are available for an additional $1.50 in cold weather. If your weather is below 30 degrees, and you do not add a heat pack, we will not honor the live arrival guarantee.
OUR PLANTS
All of our plants are grown in Florida and are in excellent health. We grow many of our plants in house, but those that we purchase from other nurseries are hand selected by us to insure the highest quality possible. None of our plants are collected from the wild.
A NOTE ABOUT IMPORTED PLANTSMany of our aroids were imported at one point or another. It is not uncommon for them to have some browned or damaged roots from that process. Before we sell an imported plant, it must be fully recovered from the stress of import, and showing both new root and new foliage growth. In most cases, that takes at least 6 weeks.
