Original Description:
Up for auction is an antique incised decorated redware bean pot recently found at auction in the Lancaster County PA area.  It is found in good used condition.  Condition issues include nicks and chips to base, handles and top.  No lid.  Regular glaze glitches common with early 19th century redware.  Wonderful decoration along handles and top rim.  Opening diameter approx. 4", base diameter approx 5.5".  Unusual glaze, possibly Continental.  Unsi...gned unmarked.  Good sound, not hearing a hairline.
