PYREX Clear 2 Piece Coffee Pot - LWA-8-M 10.5 x 8 3.75in - 8 Cup percolator. Very cool piece. Small amount of coffee stain around the edge of the vacuum seal. Most likely will come off with a proper scrubbing. Maid of honor stamped on the handle band. No cracks or chips. I think it came with a lid at some point- but I am not sure. Otherwise very lovely.
