I am selling this as I purchased. I haven't taken time to clean. When I plugged it up, I was able to tune into several stations. And, I left it playing as I was taking pictures. When I moved, I noticed some static or ? noise when the cord moved. And the volume went low. I had it playing at a medium setting. But, when I moved the cord to a certain place, the volume went back up to the higher setting. So, I think it's a loose connection maybe with the cord. I'm not sure. But, it was play...ing well and clear. It's just when the cord was moved that the volume would change to a low setting. But, again, when I moved the cord a certain way, it went back to the louder volume where I originally set it. I think it's from the late 1930's or early 40's. I do not know for sure. So, please look at all the photos and please be your own judge. The wood case looks to be mostly intact. There are surface wear places, scratches, rubs, discolorations, etc. Please look at the place in the speaker material where it has worn. Small tears in the material of the speaker. Please refer to photos of this. It stands approximately 8 1/2 inches tall. Measuring across the top, widest part, approximately 13 3/4 inches. And front to back, deep approximately 7 3/4. The scale shows it weighing 10 pounds and 3 ounces. Different shipping options available. There's what looks to be part of an original, worn sticker piece on the bottom, of the wood cabinet maker? The original back piece also still looks to be intact. Pictures taken of all sides/angles, including top, bottom and close-ups. I love the unique design and just the character and history about it. Hopefully the 12 photos will speak for the condition and description. Thanks for your interest and looking :)
