Title:Antique Opera GlassesDescription:Presented for your consideration is this neat pair of antique opera glasses. The glasses have brass framework around the eye holes and bakelite is around the lenses The glasses easily widen and narrow on the middle hinge. The glasses can easily be seen through but there is some slight clouding. On the end of the center hinge it is marked with "Germany 03363" and the opposite end is marked with "5 x 65." The lens housings are marked with "Mirakel" ...and "Harwix Berlin." The glasses store inside of a leather case with a black velvet interior lining and a snap button closure on the outside of the case. These glasses date to the 1920s-30s and are guaranteed to be old. These neat opera glasses would make a great addition to any optical or general antique collection!
Glasses have some light wear from age and use. The name "Bridgham" was written on the top of the case in white paint. Light wear is on the leather case, mainly at the edges. Overall the set is in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Glasses measure 3 1/2" wide, 2 5/8" deep and 1 1/4" tall.
