Here is an antique German Simon & Halbig Kammer & Reinhardt bisque head character doll 'Mein Liebling' with sleep eyes.Marked with the K & R star mark along with Simon & Halbig 117, 43 on the lower socket. It measures 17 inches high. The socket head is bisque with blue glass eyes, she has a closed mouth, composition ball jointed body, feathered brows, painted upper and lower eyelashes. The wig, pate, clothes are original. she wears an original vest like bib with "Mein Liebling" on it....The head with no cracks. One side of the plaster that holds the eyes in place has fallen off and I have stuffed paper in the head to protect the eyes. The fingers are all there. The lace overdress has a large tear.
