I am selling this belt buckle. It is made from bronze. It is called "Bear" as in the nickname for Owsley Stanley; who was the sound engineer, the manager and the chemist for the Grateful Dead back in the day. This buckle is handmade by a company out of Oregon by the name of 100 Mics. It is part of a Limited Edition and numbered #008/108. The buckle was made in tribute to Owsley "Bear" Stanley. This buckle is NOT to be confused with the belt buckles Owsley Stanley made himself.The buckl...e is in new condition. It is slightly tarnished from being stored in my closet for almost 8 years, but nothing some bronze/metal cleaner wouldn't fix. I wore the buckle once and it has been stored safely in my closet since. No scratches or defeciencies, but there are some very minor scuffs on the back from normal wear and tear. They are barely noticeable and I imagine they would be polished out with a good bronze/metal cleaner.
