LARGE EXQUISITE 19th CENTURY MICRO BEADED BEADWORK BAG RETICULE BIRDS ROSES 298 ... Click images to enlarge Description This is a very large and beautiful 19th century reticule or handbag made with tiny glass micro beads, some irridescent. It has what looks like a knitted or maybe hand made silk lace draw string band across the top and is lined with silk. I'm not sure about the date but I'd guess c1830s so late Regency, early Victorian.
The condition mostly good with minor wear commensurate with age and use, see photos and description.It measures about 12" by 9" or 30.5 cms by 23 cms. Thank you for looking.
