Delivery We will despatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice. Once your item is marked as dispatched it can take up to 2 working days for your tracking to update on eBay. If we think your item requires additional tracking, we may upgrade the service for you. Returns and Refunds We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for help, or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn’t be simpler .If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact your to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item using our freepost service and we will credit your PayPal account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item. Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via PayPal to the original account used, within 2 working days.
