Antique Or Vintage Chandelier From The 1930s Porcelier

This is a gorgeous vintage chandelier taken down recently from a 100 year old home in Pittsburgh Pa.
There is gorgeous rose floral painting and gold detail on both pieces. Made of glass and porcelain. From the 1930s
There are no cracks or damage. most information we have found on this piece says the gold on it is 14 carrot.
There are no markings to the designer.
The clear glass dome piece is very heavy.
There are three openings for a light bulb and one ...socket needs replaced.
Fixture still has the old wiring attached from when taken down, but will need to be replaced.
The clear dome measures 16" round and 9 1/5" for the floral neck.
Please ask questions!
I could rewire it if needed as I am an electrician.
