Original Description:
VERY VERY RARE! Vintage / Antique 1920s / 1930s Embossed 2-1/4 pound (see pics). Stanley Sweetheart (see the heart symbol under the stanley stamp in picture #5). 4-Square Boys Axe / Hatchet Head. Head weighs 2 pounds 5.2 oz. The head is 6-1/8" long. The bit is almost 3-3/4" long. Head has some rust pitting (see pics). Butt or poll end has very little mushrooming (see pics). The bit is still sharp, but does have some chips in the blade (see pics). This is really a nice old rar...e axe head.
