Antique JUDD Cast Iron LADY W/LEAVES in her hair paper letter desk clip #5183 bronze plate in excellent aged condition. By Judd of New Britain, Conn.No cracks, chips, bends, breaks. The original bronze plating is in excellent condition on the top plate. There is some wear to the bronze plating on top of the bottom plate. The spring is still good.The clip measures 3-1/4" long x 2-1/4" wide x 7/8" high. It weighs in at 4.2 ounces.It... has the Judd design number: # 5183 on the back plate. It is also marked 5183 on the bottom of the top plate (inside)- see last 2 pictures. You'll have to use the zoom - it is hard to see on the inside.
