VINTAGE RCA VICTOR TRANSISTOR RADIO W/ORIGINAL LEATHER CASE

This is a vintage gem! The original leather case shows very little wear. Its handle, stitching and snaps are all secure. The clear plastic on the front of the radio (covering the station selection numbers) has some slight age yellowing and a few minor scratches. Both the On/Off Dial and the Station Selection Dial work. Please use pictures to help judge condition for yourself.
Unfortunately, ...I cannot tell you if the radio actually works because the last battery I had was removed many years ago . . . and I have come to learn that they no longer make "RCA VS 149 4V" batteries, which this radio requires. I tried to get one at a battery specialty store and they were unable to offer a solution. Perhaps you have a connection to get an "RCA VS 149 4V" battery! In any case, this radio would still be a great nostalgic addition to someone's collection!
