Chinese Coconut Fiber baby or monkey Raincoat finely Woven unique & unusual.
13.5" high at highest.17.5" wide at widest.
Not sure about the age of the coat.
I bought this coat from a lady that bought it from an antique dealer years ago. She framed it and glued the coat to the frame. I bought it from her and removed the coat from the frame. Unfortunately there is substantial glue residue on the back of the coat.
