DESCRIPTION
Beautiful marble top French styletable. It is a demi lune or half round shape. Beautiful carvedshells design on the apron. It has a French style flair. It is an extremely beautiful andvery well made item. This is an original piece not a later reproduction, although its style came from the previous centuries.... Signed by Johnson Handley Johnson Co.out of Grand Rapids Michigan. This company was known for very high endquality furniture. They started using the mark underneath in 1927. Made most likely prodiced at the end of the 1920's or the 1930'sCheckout our otheritems!
CONDITION
Original finish very well preserved. Marble wasdamaged and professionally repaired (we didn't do the work but it has metalrods underneath which show that it was done in the correct manner.) Cansee some of the damage on top, but it blends into the design of themarble. Some minimal wear to the carving. The wear is normal andappropriate to an item of this age. Tried to photograph the top from differentangles to show wear ... but hard to do.
