Vintage rodeo buckle from 1946. The Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show is now the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. Louis Brooks was a Texas cowboy and rodeo competitor in the 1940's with the Rodeo Association of America.  There is a Wiki page. This buckle has some dings, looks like it was worn rodeo worn. It is Sterling and I assume gold. None of the gold is worn off despite the wear. Measures 3 1/4" x 2". Questions welcome.
