Hi, This is a Stuart Turner Compressor or Vacuum pump Factory Built. this is a twin cylinder with a Cast Iron factory base and serial number as shown in pictures. The Brass tank is a water separator so that it does not get into the air compressor or the equipment supplied with compressed air.This unit is very rare to find as factory built, it used to powered using a Stuart Sirius that is also listed as a separate item in another listing.This unit dates to the 1940's
