This Super rare 1915 Baker Bowl folding chair used in the box seatsection. It is a beautiful original finish. The chair is in goodcondition with a faint "2" on the top slat and Baker Bowl Pressstamped in the bottom underside. What an awesome piece I obtained thisat an Philadelphia antique show 30 yearsago. This is a vintage Monterey Furniture chair. It is signed with the horseshoe brand. It is about 34 inches tall at it's highest point, about 24 inches deep and about 27 inches wide at the widest point on the arms. It appears to have the original finish. The seat is similar to a sling seat but this one is held in place by rails. One of the rails is a little separated from the chair and I tried to show it in one of the pictures. This is a rare Monterey chair. It has a provenance from a Los Angeles c...ity council member. I also have another Monterey Club chair from the same estate that I will be listing on today.
