This is an antique H. K. Porter 18" No. 0 "New Easy" bolt cutter and it is in excellent condition. There are no "bumpers" mounted between the handles (see pics). The tool was either very lightly used and stored in a dry environment or it has been previously restored. It is in remarkably good condition (see pics).
